Customizing your dashboard

Your dashboard should help you make decisions quickly, not make you scan information you rarely use. MaintenanceOps lets each person choose which dashboard blocks appear and what order they’re in.

Your layout is personal to your account and follows you across devices. Changing it does not change anyone else’s dashboard.

  1. Open Dashboard.
  2. Select Customize in the top-right corner.
  3. Review the blocks available for your role.

Use the up and down controls to change the order. The order in customize mode is the order you’ll see on the dashboard.

If you mostly… Consider putting near the top
Work assigned jobs Work orders and your active queue
Manage a facilities team Overdue work, team workload, PM, Life Safety
Watch compliance Life Safety, vendor compliance, renewals
Manage spending Purchases, invoices & quotes, vendor contracts

Use the toggle beside a block to control whether it appears.

Hiding a block does not remove data or disable the feature. It only removes that summary from your personal dashboard, and you can turn it back on at any time.

Select Save layout when you’re finished. Your choices are saved to your account and appear the next time you sign in, including on another device.

Select Reset to default if you want to restore the standard block order and visibility for your role. You can customize again afterward.

If you’re unsure where to start, keep these near the top:

  1. Overdue work
  2. Preventive maintenance due
  3. Life Safety actions
  4. Your or your team’s work

Then add the optional blocks that match the responsibilities you actually review.
